UPDATE:
When a good friend heard I had considered adopting out my babies because I had no home for them, she offered to foster them until I find a home, no matter how long. I do not have to worry about them anymore. I can visit every day and still keep my bond with them. Now I just have to find myself a home, which is less stress for me than thinking of losing my ratties.
Thank you to those of you who emailed with offers to help.
A special thanks to RNPaulie -- your kindness is something special.
YAY!!!

ORIGINAL POST:
3 neutered males & 1 female -- 7 months old -- live together in a RUUD -- raised by me since birth -- litter box trained (well, there are some stray raisins here and there) -- VERY loved and spoiled -- prefer they go as one group.
I don't want to lose these babies, but my situation is desperate:
A recent string of bad events has left me with no apartment after
Aug. 30th, and no $ to secure a new place by that time or soon after. No friends or family will keep them in the meantime. I will soon have no home for my rats. I want to find them a loving, stable, rat-friendly home.
I can't stress enough how much I DO NOT want to give up these beautiful rats. Unfortunately, my circumstances have left me with no alternative. I am still crossing my fingers that a friend/family member will reconsider, but that doesn't seem likely.
Please - if you can provide a quality home for these 4 wonderful ratties, I will send them off with their RUUD, toys, food, transport carrier, and all my love.
Contact me if you'd like more information.
