There's a bulk section of my pet store and it has these types of block.

The sign said Forti-Diet but does not look like them. Any idea what type they could be?

They're an extruded block (pushed through a small tube), but it's impossible to say what brand they are. I know Kaytee makes an extruded bulk block, so it's possible that's exactly what they are. If the bin lists ingredients, read through it to see where corn is (shouldn't be first) and if there are any preservatives in it (ethoxyquin is one I won't buy). Let the ingredient list be your guide (and maybe a freshness date if available) when buying in bulk.

Kaytee's blocks are called Forti-Diet and that's what they look like.  If it is Kaytee, stay far, far away.  The nutrition isn't top quality and it includes ethoxyquin.

That looks the same as the stuff my feed store sells in bulk. I once asked what it was and they said kaytee.
