:love9:I am looking for a rat in my area. I live in Duluth, Mn. I have searched and contacted all our local shelters and I am not finding any rescues around my area. all the help will be greatly appreciated.

First off, you want two rats of the same sex--rats are very social and get incredibly lonely by themselves. Good for you looking for a rescue rat. I recommend you check out The Whipstaff Ranch and Rescue in Solway. This is their adoptable pet list on Petfinder. Have you tried a Petfinder search using your zip code? There are rats in Makinen, Zimmerman and plenty in the Cities. You may have to drive a bit but it's well worth it to rescue a pair that needs a home!

  :BlueDumboSmile:Yes I have looked on pet finder for my zipcode. I come up with nothing. I don't know any other zipcodes to put in the search! I have ads in the local paper here as well as craigs list for my area and in the cities.
