I could not believe how much the pups changed in just a few hours! I can now almost tell 100% for sure what the colors are!

I just adore these pictures, they make my heart melt.  Raja is doing good, and being a great mother.  She is rather errr...'chubby'...as you'll be able to see from the pictures.  She's loving being a mom, all the extra goodies she gets is well worth it.   
She was actually not wanting anything to do with the babies, i had to force her to stay in the pictures! This was "her" time, and she was not happy that she had to share it with her kids!  She kept racing under the pillow's and blankets.  It was quite cute.  I made sure to give her some extra time away from them for being a good sport.

a little off topic, but my cage is scheduled to get here tomorrow! a little early, i know.. i didn't realize it'd get here so fast! it'll be hard not to put it together right away.. but it'll be a little pointless to have an empty cage sitting for 4wks.!

If you put it together now, you will have plenty of time to decorate it just the way you like it. You will have 4 weeks to go out and buy at least one of everything so they won't be bored.

The babies have done a wonderful job of cheering me up today.  I found out last night that when my computer died, i lost all of my pictures.  I lost a lot of pictures of my past litters, and TONS of pictures of all my rats.  I am a huge picture person, and i just feel like the world is coming to an end!  I have been crying all day, as pathetic as it sounds.  I still have what i have uploaded to photobucket (which is not much, unfortunately) and what is uploaded to my website (a good amount of pictures, thank God!).  I am kicking myself in the rear because i had bought the disks to transfer all the pictures to, and just never found the time to do it. 
Not to mention we lost 100's of dollars worth of games, and programs.  I can't find my Publisher Pro disk.  I am just going insane!  After moving three times i no longer have the serial numbers for the games, or half of the disks 

Ah, its just been one of those days.....

It wont be too long before you can pick your babies!  I'll probably be opening the reservations tomorrow (Monday).  But, then i have to chose my babies, and it might take me awhile because as of now i can't decide

These babies are sooo beautiful! I'm learning so much about colors from your descriptions... I'm still nOoB. How will you ever decide who to keep? I would have to keep them all    I AM keeping all of mine, but for other reasons. 

I'm sorry to hear about your pc going down. Don't feel silly for crying. I've been there. It isn't fun. In fact, I really need to learn how to burn cd's so I can put all my pics of breeder fish and geckos and the rattie kids onto something less at risk. I have everything on photobucket... almost.

  that's exciting! i might want one of the boys (i'd get him neutered of course, i have a great vet).. my boyfriend (who's been sucked into this whole 'rat search' by me  ) wants one of 'his' own, and he wants a boy if possible.
question, can you post which babies have dark eyes and which have light? i can tell which has which for some of them from the pictures, but not all.

The Blacks and Agouti's will have black eyes.  The Mink babies were born with light eyes, but they will darken.  Same with the cinnamon kiddo's.  Starling and Carol Anne will have light eyes.

Okay, much to my boyfriends chagrin, i have chosen my babies.

And i picked three.  I was supposed to limit myself to at least one or two.  Well, three is close enough!   

It was so hard.  I wanted to keep them all, but thats not possible unfortunately!

I picked two of the boys, Vorhee's and Shyalmalan(who now revealed himself to be a pearl merle!).  It was such a hard decision, but being a breeder i also had to look at other factors besides just what baby i liked.

And i only picked one girl, and it was super super super hard! I'm a sucker for Standard coated babies, so i chose Samara.   It was a tough decision between her and Charlene.  I ended up having to make my boyfriend choose for me it was so tough. 

Now i just have to fine tune the waiting list, and i will be contacting you in the order you appear so you can pick out your babies!  Being that its the only way to be fair, you can only pick one baby, and then when i get through the list the first time, I will come through the list a second time and you can pick another.  That way the last person on the list isnt forced to take "whats left".  Or, so that one person doesnt decide to pick three babies, and then the last person gets screwed over because there are none left.

The babies are doing wonderful, and they are growing SUPER FAST!

Bad news:
I got my computer back last night and had to take my mothers back to her.  I have to find the software for my camera before i can reinstall it and be able to take pictures.  I can't find the stupid disc!  I might have to go back to my mothers, get the software (we have the same camera) and then install it.

I will take pic's, and just store them on the camera until i can get them up.  Wouldnt want to miss this ultra-cute stage!

The eyes are getting there! I have been treating all of my rats with Revolution yesterday and today, so i have had limited time with them.  I'll be taking them back out for a better look and some more pic's once i finish posting this!

The reservations are NOT going too good right now.   
The first two people on the list have not answered my emails, so i'm moving on.....
