10 Babies in southern WI *UPDATED~No Longer Available*
«

I got a pregnant Himalayan rat who had a litter of 10 babies. 5 boys and 5 girls, and they all need homes. They will be ready December 25th, when they turn 6 weeks old. There are 4 marked girls, 1 PEW girl, 4 PEW boys and 1 marked boy. They have been handled from day 1, and just opened their eyes today. They're all very sweet and absolutely beautiful! Pictures will be comming soon(or email me for some pics.) There is an adoption fee of $10 per rat, or $15 for a pair, or $20 for 3. Email me for an adoption application:
fuglyzombie_101@yahoo.com
Update: A few pictures:
This is when they had turned 2 weeks and a half. Now they're eyes are fully open and they're running all over the place
But at least this way you get an idea of their markings.

They won't be ready until December 25th, so you have some time
I'm not sure where Burlington is, but we could always meet somewhere if you're interested. And I will reserve rats for someone who gets an approved application

By the way, odds are that those PEWs are actually himis, they just don't have their dark marks yet. When my pet store girl had babies I thought they were PEWs but they turned out to be himis. I only say this because your momrat's a himi =]

Just wanted to point out that the 2 boys left ARE himalayans. Their nose smudges are comming in nicely, just like their mamma. If they're not adopte dout, they'll probably stay with me.

UPDATE: ALL FURTHER ADOPTIONS OF THIS LITTER ARE BEING POSTPONED! There has been a ringworm outbreak with these kids. I believe the mother brought them home with no symptoms whatsoever. They are all being treated, and will not be released until they are completely cured! You can still apply for the last 2 remaining himi boys, but cannot take them home for 2 weeks (or until there are no visible symptoms of the fungus.)

I am now offering either 2 himi boys, or 1 himi and 1 black capped boys for adoption as a pair. I am giving this choice to potential adopters because I really need some of these guys in a new good home. Their cage is only big enough for 5, and right now there's six in the cage with a new one moving in shortly.
Here's some updated pics:
Himi boy:
Black Capped boy:
2 himis and the black cap in one photo, the blue male is NOT up for adoption!
I really want them to go in a pair only, not seperated. IT's either/or 1 himi and 1 black cap, or 2 himis. Whichever is left is staying with me.
Let me know if you want an adoption application!

If they were neutered
I would looove to take one of the Himis! But I am sure they too young to be neutered anyway...I just don't think I have the money to spend on neutering two males (I am neutering on of my boys on Wednesday). I really hope that someone adopts them soon for you though, sorry I couldn't be more help, especially since I live in southern, WI!

Okay, so I've decided to keep the black capped boy as he has become very attached to his mom (don't worry, she's spayed now!)
So that leaves 3 beautiful BIG himi boys left to find their furever homes! Here's an updated pict
