We had 2 rats that were dear friends and one passed away. Jazz is left and he is lonely and my kids are not spending as much time with him as they are busy with other activities and I've decided he should go up for adoption and to a home that can give him the love and attention he deserves.

I emailed this lady, and she says Jazz is about a year old, and does not come with his cage/aquarium.  Her kids have lost interest in him, and his cage mate recenty passed away.  She is now asking an adoption fee.
