Some tips for decorating... the long drop needs to be guarded with some safety net hammocks off the edges of the shelves. I saw my rats fall a few times in that cage. The easiest hammocks to put in the lower areas were the width of the cage (24") so they had somewhere to hook. I usually just used two of the purple shelves to make more of a canopy of hammocks along the top. The ramps in that cage became too steep for my old manrats and I upgraded to a CN 161 which has a lot more floor space. I always covered the shelves with fleece or towels and clipped them to the lip (vertically if that makes sense...) to keep the pee rivers at bay.
