London is about 7 months old and is a real sweetheart. He is a fawn hooded. He's a bit shy, and used to be
extremely skittish, but has changed a lot while he's been at RLR. He used to scream when picked up, but hasn't in a while. Sometimes, he'll squeak a protest quietly, but generally doesn't.
He does need some time and understanding from his new parents. He needs to go to an
experienced rat owner with others males. London has been alone since arriving here, and he wants some pals to cozy up to and play with. He's a real sweetheart and with lots of time and effort, may overcome his problems. He's already come so far, and we know he has the potential to be less shy and more outgoing with the proper TLC. He doesn't take well to change, so please keep that in mind... The first few days in a new home might be hard on him. Once settled, he'd do well if the cage was in an area where people often are... He loves to see what's going on.
He does
not bite and is not aggressive. He likes shoulders, and loves to run in a wheel! He's not too fond of cameras ("those flashy thingies") and has a sixth sense as to when one is about to take his picture. But, we finally got some.
