Hehe so I decided to adopt one of TruPitBull's babies and it's going to be an 8.5 hour trip, total!  I was just wondering if there's anyone in or near northeastern PA that would like to help transport a few hours towards CT???  I will be forever in your debt!!!!!

OK, so I'm horrible with directions and I have no navigational skills what so ever....but I looked and a map and it seems that going through New Jersey would be the quickest way.  Then mapquest told me going through NY would be the shortest distance, but 20-30 minutes more.  Could anyone help in one of those areas?  I'm begging you!  Anyone?

Hi,

I'm going to CT on friday.  I'm leaving philadelphia and taking the train to Trenton, switching trains for a NJ transit to NY city, then taking another train from Grand Central to Stratford CT.  I don't have a car, so I can only really meet you at any of those stops, or if you can get the ratty to Philadelphia before Friday morning.  I'm sorry I didn't see your post earlier.  email me if you want to try to work something out.  squishbats@yahoo.com

Are you working this out?  I'm in Jersey and I'm heading up north in a couple weeks, but we're going north west, so not sure that would be all that much help.

Nakedrats, I'm emailing you now...

JR1030, where is your destination and what route will you be travelling?  You can pm me if you'd rather do that.

Thanks!!!!  Smiley

I'm heading for Rochester, NY, so I'll be going up Rt. 33 into PA, then up to NY past Binghamton, probably on Rt. 17.

Let me see if I can work this out with nakedrats first.  But that definitely sounds like it would be feasible for me!  I will definitely get back to you and let you know as soon as I figure this situation out.  Thanks so much!!!!!

Yeah, Nakedrats sounds like she's almost coming right to you!  I hope that works out, but if not, we'll see if we can work something out.

Well, it seems that I've gotten the latter part of this all set, thanks to nakedrats!    But I still have a little issue.  Is there anyone that could help in getting the baby from Pottsville to nakedrats in Philly on Friday morning?
