Hi,
I know there are several forum members in SoCal.  I'm in Claremont (91711), and the fires have not affected and should not affect us at all here.  I'm more than happy to foster rats/small animals for anyone who has to evacuate their homes (as long as they're healthy).
Let me know if there's anything I can do to help!

So as not to start another thread, I'm replying here...

My quarantine home is currently empty and willing to take in a few rats if a foster home is needed. We are located in the Inland Empire near San Bernardino. Most accessible to those of you who might be evacuated from the mountain fires, but anyone willing to drive the distance is welcome to ask. I realize some people may not have internet access at this time, but hopefully through word of mouth, those in need will find out.

If you need the help, please contact me:
