Baytril Injections and dry poop?

Vodka has been on injectable baytril for his tail for a week and has one more week left. I noticed last night during snack time that his poop is really dry. I have never seen rat raisins this dry and this light of a color. He is drinking and eating everything fine, and he isn't acting or looking dehydrated. I'm talking to the vet on Monday about it. But have any of you seen this after using injectable baytril?

not as they come out but they shouldnt be dry like that at any time. They might be a few hours old but they werent like this before the medication. Its weird

In my experience Baytril has given my rats squishier more diarrhea like poo.

baytril pills have had no affect on any of my rats poop. So I dont know if the injections are different or what
