I have heard of people using critter keepers or rigged up bins to allow it to be used as an oxygen chamber.

I really don't know, but my idea would be to perhaps use an anesthetic induction chamber designed for cats.  Some are expensive but there are also cheaper ones that can be ordered.  And sometimes clinics even have some that got cracked, etc. and can't be used for anesthetic anymore but it could still be used for oxygen.

Just an idea.

I don't know how at home oxygen works, I guess you would get it from a human respiratory care supplier.... I would ask your vet.
