Do what mandycoot said and think about it for a second. If you support PETA like your name states you wouldnt be breeding your girls when there are so many homeless rats that need homes.

But then they're taking away possible homes from all the shelter rats and ones in rescues. You're just adding to the rat overpopulation. Not to mention that you probably have no idea about the extensive genetic background of your girls, which means that unwanted genetic traits could get passed on to the babies, and then would keep getting passed on to future generations. If you want to raise babies, foster a pregnant female rat, and then adopt out the babies.

I'm not trying to pick on you, I'd say this to anyone who wanted to breed their dog, cat, rabbit, etc. just so they could have babies.

You are in the wrong place if you are looking for someone to breed their rats with yours.  Look around the forum and read a bit.  No one is going to let you mate your females to their males.  And you're also likely to get blasted for the effort.  Only ethical breeders ever do any intentional breeding, and just advertising for any random male to mate to your likely unpedigreed rats is very irresponsible.  I say likely unpedigreed because ethical breeders make their adoptive parents sign a contract that usually includes something about not mating the rats.

See if your local humane society or rat rescue has a pregnant female rat. I'd also read up a TON of how to care for a preggers female, and how to care for the babies. It's more complicated than you probably think.

You realize that with six females you're looking at a potential for more than 70 babies right? To be safe you'd have to have at least 100 good homes lined up. If you've done that you're a miracle worker and I bet rescues would pay for your secrets.

I have two wonderful rescue babies that no one has shown any interest in yet... The reason they were rescues in the first place is because someone had unwanted babies.  Cry Please don't breed anymore!!!
