Moving... may need a rat sitter (near Albany NY)

Hello all... We found out yesterday that after a long 8 years of financial crisis, our house is finally going to have to go. We need to move out. My parents would like to be moved in to a new place by the beginning of September. This is all well and good, but we need someone who can pet-sit our rabbit and the ratties while the house is on the market and we are still living here. My parents dont want them here because they may detract from the value of the house to potential buyers (understandable I suppose).

I unfortunately have no friends here that know anything about rats, or that I trust enough to take care of my babies! Right now we are exploring all options, and I would like to know if there is anyone around here (Albany-area NY) that would be willing to take care of them for a while? I would bring/send/whatever their cage and hammocks and food and toys and whatnot, and I think my parents would be ok with paying someone to do this. We hope to get the house on the market in about 8 weeks or so, and we would need someone to watch them until we move in to wherever it is we are going (2 options available that we are looking at very very seriously) and we could have them again in the first week of September at the latest.

Is there anyone around here that would be willing to do this?

  I'm tired. We have about 5000sq ft including the finished basement, but not including the garage which is also full up, and we have until July to pack up for selling it. We've been working almost non stop to pack/sell/store etc. I'll change it in a moment.
