Too nice of a letter?

Ok, I sent a letter to Petco corporate and Rainbow, due to Zombie's death due to cancer at a young age.  I'm pissed at them, but trying to remain halfway civil so MAYBE they at least read the letter?  I know nothing changes now, but I'm going to keep throwing pebbles at them.  Maybe I'll eventually feel better.  Any time my crew other than my PEW males get sick, I'm going to be sending letters.

I don't think it's too nice at all i can hear the iron in your voice reading that and thought "I wouldn't want to be reading that!" I think it's a wonderful letter and i hope those jeks sit up and pay attention to it!
