I went to Petsmart this evening for a pooper scooper and a box of dog cookies.  There was a little patchwork dumbo boy all by himself.  I peeked in his little tank, and he looked at me with his beautiful little eyes and stretched and yawned and it was all over.  I even forgot the pooper scooper!  I did manage to remember the dog cookies.

He looks exactly like a baby Giovanni, so I figured he should have an Italian name as well.

Oh man.  I am adamantly opposed to buying animals from petstores, but I have to admit I would have had a hard time leaving him behind.  What a cutie.
