   Okay, so i love giving my rats a large variety of foods. Specifically fresh stuff. I wasn't sure if there were any fruits or vegetables that were bad for them or if they could just eat all sorts of fruits and veggies? So what fresh stuff shouldn't they eat?

Use the search bar to search for "forbidden foods" and one of those posts will have a link to a good list.
