My sweet, sweet Sagie......

« on: May 31, 2008, 06:48:41 PM »

Please cross-post:

Seven gorgeous rats are set to be euthanized in two or three weeks.

They are still available!

[updated, May 29, 2008]

Adorable, myco-free, male, black-hooded rats for adoption: These sweet rats were used for behavioral studies only. They are cute, healthy, clean lab
rats—parasite and disease free. These lovable boys are one year old on May 20, 2008. An effort will be made to pair the rats, so they may be adopted in pairs or singly.

The rats were bought from Charles River Laboratories and are Long Evans Hooded rats.

A flyer is attached for your enjoyment and it may be distributed widely, please.

Wait...a lab that actually tries to find homes for their retired test subjects? That is surprisingly decent!
And PETA said that all labs were evil. Tongue
(Just kidding. I am NOT a supporter of PETA.)
I wish I lived in NY. I would help out.
