Feisty Ferret cage question

Can anyone that has this cage help me out.  I see in pictures that the levels have holes in them.  Can you hook up the ferret tubes to these holes?  I have a bunch of those tubes that the rats run around in and thought if I got this cage I could attach the tubes to it.

There are no grooves in the holes of the shelves to support a tube or to snap one into, sorry

As was said, no way to attach them without messing with the shelves.  My rats have no problem jumping up into the holes even without the ramps there.  I have a T -shaped tube ziptied to the top, and they like sleeping/hanging out in it, but that's about it. 

The ramps can go in front or behind the holes, depending on how you want it all to go.
