Hi, I have a Marchioro cage, and it's pretty bland right now.

I was just wondering if anyone else had this kind of cage, and what sort of toys they put in there.
And since it doesn't have levels what do they use for climbing, and what about hanging hammocks?

Pics are welcome!

I have this marchioro cage.  Wasn't sure which you had.  It is a rat 62Q.  We added a bigger door to make it easier to get things in and out.

That's funny.  I really like this cage and the spacing is 1/2 inch.  I got it on ebay for $90 including the shipping.  I really like it now that we put in the big door in front!  They seem to really like it!  I am looking into getting a Feisty Ferret cage though.  I don't quite have the room for a FN in my living room and the Feisty ferret is just enough smaller.  Sorry to take over the thread!

That cage looks great, but mine's not that tall.
Here's a picture, what can I do to make it cooler?

(This was a while ago, I see both my hoodies, who are now gone...and not Esther or Scout anywhere, must be before I got them, (or while they were living in seperate rooms))

PS: I love it how your rat didn't even move when you opened the cage door...Lazy!

I had a Marchioro like that. Here's a pic of it:

You can hang a hammock from the top, or add things like igloos and other toys to climb on/under.

Does anyone know what that brown thing that comes with the Marchirio is? (The thing that attaches to the side of the cage.) I haven't the faintest clue, and it bugs me when I think about it.

Like is it for food, or water??  Huh

Also, what did YOU do with it?  Yellow Cute Laugh

It is a hay rack for guinea pigs or rabbits. LOL!  I don't have that cage but used to have one like it for a rabbit.  I used it for the hay.

Ohhhh, haha.

I didn't know that, I just put it on the side and they climb on it.
And Esther runs in between it and the cage bars when she gets scared...perfect hiding spot I guess.
A couple times I thought she got out but she was in there..lol.
