2 females, under a year

Tasha: silvery brown/gray- very cuddly and sweet

Autumn: white dumbo with black head and white blaze on forhead- very curious and adventerous

Both are wonderful to handle and would never, ever bite. The are used to running the house when its time to come out and play, come when you call them, never potty outside their cage.

Please let me know if an excellent new owner is interested.

Thank you!  Balloon

If someone could help out with the drive, I'd do everything I could to get them to a loving home. I have a $120 cage in mint condition, a good sized bag of aspen, and some other nice stuff that would accompany these girls to their new home. They both come when called, don't potty outside the cage, and are full of personality! You really couldn't ask for nicer rats. Autumn, although just under a year, seems to have a very small mammary lump. It hasn't grown much, but it is a concern of mine. I just got out of college, and have no clue where I'm going to be hired. My biggest fear is not providing for my girls the way they deserve. I know they'd make someone else very happy, if I could only get them there! I can email pics if you'd like!

Wolf,
I think she is looking for a pet home for them.  They are not pedigreed and shouldn't be used for breeders.

But wolf is a rattery that breeds non-pedigreed rats.  So I am guessing that Tirzah is uncomfortable about that.   Wink

hey guys!  Cheesy
I want to thank everyone again for their support and wanting what is best for my girls. You're right, I definetly don't want them to be bred, and hopefully whoever does adopt them will be honest about not taking them for breeders. I wanted to let everyone know that I won't have computer access for the next couple days, and although Im sure you're not supposed to leave your number for the world to see, I am going to leave my cell number here, so that if anyone would like to get a hold of me about meeting/adopting the girls, they can call anytime today or tomorrow or whatever. I will be back around and will be free from Saturday-Monday if anyone would like to work something out about these two furry ladies! I can promise they are worth it.  Balloon
Thanx again to all of you for caring about Tasha and Autumn--it means so much to me!

i don't lie to get more rats to breed, that's a bit unfair. i stated they wouldn't be used for breeding and i'll hold to that. does it seem i can't be trusted?

Well it seems odd that the babies you bred are going to have to go to a pet shop because you are going on vacation and your parents cannot watch them but you can take two other rats in???  Seems a tad off to me.

Hi I am not sure if I am what you are looking for but I run a small animal rescue in NJ and I can help you.  I can meet you near West Chester off the turn pike but I am not sure how far from there you are.  All my ratties are loved and hoodie trained until they find a great home.  If I cannot find them a great home they live with me and my clan.  I have a strict application and contract.  If I can help let me know.  Good luck.

hey!
Thank you to everyone whos posted and wanted to help out my girls and my situation. I have found a wonderful new owner to adopt the girls. She only has two other rats so Tasha and Autumn will get plenty of attention, and make a couple new rat friends! She also has a vet to take care of the small mammary tumor that is starting in Autumn, so Autumn will get the proper medical care she needs. They go to their new mom on Wednesday!  Cheesy Thank you again to everyone for being so supportive!!

Thanks so much for letting us know Tirzah!  I am thrilled that they have a great new home!  You can update the subject to show that they have been adopted too.
