Hi, I quite often eat a hot cereal called Red River for breakfast, and I was wondering if it's ok to give to my boys?

It has cracked wheat, cracked rye and flax (cracked and whole).

Yup - that's a good cereal to supplement your rat's diet with as those are the ONLY ingredients.    Grin
