I'm new!

Hi all,
I'm Christy, and I'm new to this forum.  I'm also new to rats, sort of.  I had a couple of rats years ago, but I had bad experiences with rats dying soon after being brought home and one pretty bad bite from an aggressive rat.  When my hubby and I bought a couple of Syrian hamsters for our kiddos two years ago I did a lot of research online and kept reading about what great pets rats are.  So a few months ago, armed with a lot more knowledge about rats, I bought my older boy, Ichabod, and his buddy Quigley in January.  Now they are both spoiled beyond belief, which is just how I like them.    And now I'm hooked.   I look forward to learning a lot more from this forum, too.  Here's a pic of my boys.

What cute boys you've got!    I'm glad you decided to give rats another go.  I think you'll like it here.  There are a lot of great people who are very helpful if you've got questions or concerns.  I am naturally a worry wart, so they've eased my mind MANY times, and I've only been here since February!  LOL

Have fun here and enjoy your boys!  They *do* look spoiled!  And HAPPY!
