everytime my two girls walk over my hands they streak me with P, what is this and how do I nip it in the butt?

You won't be able to do anything about it, so forget about nipping it in the bud.
They are leaving droplets on you to either mark their territory or to express that you're "accepted" among them, or to convey some other message.
As they get older, they will become more respectful and will pee less, but it won't ever quit 100%.

Keep tissues handy, cover any surfaces you don't want peed on, and learn to accept it as a sign of ratty love!

Bonnie n Babs used to do this all the time .. now they rarely wee outside the cage...they tend to go back indoors now!! I guess its a thing we all grow out of!
