It's only 63 degrees here right now, but from the looks of these boys you'd think it's 100!  I guess they're used to cold Michigan weather.

After sneaking the pic, I took the fan out of MY room, and put it in front of their cage, and now they're running around like idiots.  Grin

This boy better get used to it, he's going to his new owner at the RMFE Show, and she lives in Alabama!

Yellow Cute Laugh Yellow Cute Laugh  Yellow Cute Laugh That's great! He looks just like a stuffed rat!

I swear, seeing that would have scared me to death. At least my boys have the decency to lie flat on their bellies like pancakes when they're too warm.

hehehe that's cute! He wants to be Ace LOL

Ummm, rats don't have sweatglands, do they? They wouldn't be affected by the fan except that there's this big thing blowing in my face, although I bet that was fun too, lol.

If it hadn't been warmer than usual, it would of scared me too, but I was prepared to see them start laying around like that.  The fan keeps the air moving, so it doesn't feel quite as hot and sticky.. especially because it was storming here last night, it made the air really humid.  I was sprawled out on my bed in a similar fashion!

If you look at them, you can see they both have their eyes squinted open, and are watching me carefully for any signs they may be getting a treat.  Wink

Too funny, my boys scare me every so often.  No one has scared me more than Nibbles though.  When she was nursing she would lay on her back with all four feet in the air because it hurt to lay on her stomach.  Scared the crap out of me the first few times I walked in the room and she was laying there like that.  I think they enjoy the attention!
