I have a bonded pair of girls who need a good home. They are friendly, but reserved and I am hoping that placing them with folks who don't have a lot of other rats and can devote a lot of time and attention to them will warm them up further. Their names are Bird and Tree. Bird is 1.5 years old, a black self standard ear. She's the bossy one who likes to zip around and explore. Tree is 1 year old black berkshire velveteen standard ear and much shyer than buddy Bird, though she's really warming up with time and is not adverse to being held or perched on a shoulder. Neither are for breeding - pet only please! Both girls are quite healthy and hearty and have fantastic appetites. They love their hammock and would want one in their new home for sure. This is by no means an emergency placement and they are welcome here for life, I just felt that a household with fewer other pets clamoring for attention would be best for them. You can see both of them at

They are both males, named Franc and Mozart. I would like to rehome these guys to a good forever home also, and will post more about them when I pick them up next week.
Though I am in Seattle, Spiralgirl and I will be taking a ratty road trip in June to Kansas City and our route will take us through eastern WA, ID, CO and then to MO. If you are in that area, please contact me as we may very well be able to deliver them to you.
