if it was last night it's already through his system, takes about 6 hours.
Tums are pretty innocuous too, so I wouldn't worry.

Yeah, antacides like that are mostly calcium, I think.  There shouldn't be a problem.  Just don't let him eat a whole bottle.  Smiley

Thanks.  He seemed okay this morning, so I wasn't too terribly worried.  My son had dropped it on the table next to the couch, and I didn't see it until I found it chewed up (just around the edge, how funny) near his private little dining area!  LOL  I swear, that boy, Bubba, will eat just about anything!  I've found so many crazy things in his stash spots it's not even funny.  Okay, it is funny.  I can't tell you how many sticks of Big Red I've found with little bits chewed off...crayons, chalk, cough drops, pizza seasoning packets from Little Caesars (sp)!  Crazy!  Guess if he ate something like that he probably needed that Tums!  LOL

Maybe he had heartburn and needed that Tums!  Sounds like it could be, considering all the junk he eats....  LOL

o.O tums are really gross tasting imho, for the most part.  y a rat would want to eat one is beyond me (specially, say, mint ones).

Have you ever tasted Nutrical? It's like a mixture of molasses and fish. Rats love the stuff because they're weird. They also seem to love eating eye makeup, toenail polish, and saliva.

Misha wouldn't take his medicine ball the other day so I put saliva on it and he thought it was a great treat.

Rats are so gross.  I guess it is part of their irresistable charm.

Well, have you tried the Mixed Berry?  Those are pretty darn good!  Even my 9 year old likes them!   Grin
