How to do intro's with multiple rats

Hmm, well... in 3 weeks, I'll have to introduce Malakai (Big mature year-old male) to the 4 girls I have. They have a giagantic cage and have each staked out there own territory in it. ^_^
Then 3 weeks later, we introduce Steve. Then three weeks later, we do Akuji. I didn't have the money to neuter them all at once, which is why there is teh gap.
So, I'm curious.. Do you think I'd have best results introducing Malakai to each girl individually, or introducing him to the entire group? He's almost twice the size as the girls...
Or, should I wait and introduce all the boys to the girls as a group?
Or, maybe introduce each boy to a girl (Malakai gets the extra) and then re-introduce them as a group? That seems like it'd be sorta fun... wonder how it'd work out.
Well, I'm sure you all have done plenty of intro's.. Since I've only had to do 1 in my life, I'm not sure what is best. But I know to do intro's in a neutral territory.
