Please, let's not clog this board w/ posts like this.  The question was already raised in your other thread.

I'll go and see if I can figure out how to do it  and let you know.  Probably good practice for me too! Wink

Modified:  Kim I am amazed at how wonderful your site is.  The facts provided, the wonderful store and what benefits you can receive through all your hard work.  What a tremendous learning tool.  WOW!  Well done.  It was nice for me to get in and peek!  I'm thinking I may have to try your version of Carefresh Ultra...benefits both of us! You join that email list.  Then, you fill out the database information as a courtesy to let everyone know where you are and where you can transport.  Then, you send an email to that group.

thank you wiley's mom -- we try to make it as useful as possible!!! its a lot of work (well,i dont even maintain the website, joanna aka Piper on this board does) but we love doing the rescue, and the rat transport site came out of our transports we had been running.

as for how to do it - you just join the group and post to the group by sending an email. its moderated, so i have to approve your message, which as long as it isnt pornography, and is on topic, will go through Smiley

Well I must say Piper is a glorious resource on your team!  I poked around (so much I don't know when you are trapped inside a bubble) Wink  But I will certainly be willing to sign up and provide my name to the list incase anyone needs transport through, to, or around Las Vegas.  All for the benefit of the little ratties, and rat lovers.
What?!?  No rattie pornography?  Hmmm....may have to re-think this. I think having you seeing and approving posts before they can be submitted is wonderful.  Weeds out the blabber and side talk.

I'll be rejoining the Rat Transport list as well.  that way you'll have another way to contact me, if you've got any coming south through the DC area.

Hmmm, Rat porno?!  Blue Dumbo Smile

As long as it isn't meece porno.  I'd NEVER be able to catch Jeckle then, EVEN though he's IN a cage!  Cheeky

It sounds like I would be giving transport, not getting it. I need transport, I don't know how much transport  I can give. Undecided However, I am working on him, I am trying to convince him to drive up to MA. so that I can drop off rats that I am trying to find homes for, if I place them, but I may be abel to drop any off on the way, IF I convince him. I am heading that way anyway for my cousins wedding, its how we get there thats the problem. My dad wants to take a plane. Can I recieve transport for my rats if I post on that site?

I went to the site, to check out, and went to sign up, I asked my parents if we went on a short or long trip if we had room, would we be allowed to tranport some rats. My parents did not even let me finish and no already came out of their mouths. I can't do any transporting, but I NEED transport. I have had a few people interested in my rats, the problem is getting them to them. I do run a small rescue, but I am full, and until I am down to 3 I can't do that either. Cry I do try to do what I can for others and the rats, but it is hard, when you are sort of in the same position at the moment. Undecided

I just got a IM. Someone is willing to take a few of my rats off my hands, and she would drive down here to get them, but she said, her care is at the merge of breaking down. Would their be a transporter available to take my rats from Fl. to TN if it works out for her to take some of my rats from me? It is our biggest obstacle for this to work out at the moment, all the rest will be smoothed over by this one obstacle being resovled. Thanks.

again, you dont need to GIVE transport to post to the list. you post to the list if you WANT transport OR want to GIVE it. all you need to do is SIGN UP to the group and post, as multiple people explained.

and on a side note, i would scrap all ideas of a rescue PERIOD if you cant keep your own rats. but this is not the time or place for that. whatever you do, be honest of the rat transport group, or your posts will not go through.
