So, my ratty Hammy has myco. She's at the vet right now staying overnight in an oxygen tank. This is her second outbreak. She is so sick right now...I just want her to get better. But I know that even if she does survive this time, it will come back again later, and I will have to go through all this pain and worry all over again. Is there ANY way to prevent it from breaking out again? I wish there was something. Now I really know why it's bad to get petstore rats. When I first got Hammy, she had myco, but she got better. I never knew it would crop up again later and be worse the second time. This isn't fair! My poor baby...
