Hiya!

I could bring them here and then meet you in Dallas on the 25th (we are going to take the pigs)..

Two of the boys are black hoodies about 1 year (picture at the top of the first post). The other three boys are babies. Agouti hoodie, PEW, and Black hoodie. I might be taking the PEW if you, or someone else, doesn't. Not sure yet, Im still trying to decide if I can get away with sneaking him here without anyone noticing.

I would love to meet you too! Fun fun!

ETA:
The boys are in Missouri right now and are from the same place my boys are coming from. Their origional thread is here: http://www.goosemoose.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,118/forum,rat/topic,4039103.0

The other two black hoodies are on there. The lady who has them asked me if I wanted the other three boys, which is how I found out about them.

Pming you as well.

Question for Jesirose & CinemaGeek:

Have you guys figured out where you are meeting, yet? Location, Date, Time? LOTR_Ratties is possibly going to adopt some ratties and would, if ok with everyone, meet you at the location to pick them up.

Hey smileighangel! Do you happen to have any additional pictures of the two older boys that I'm interested in adopting? Maybe a photo of their faces? If not no biggie, but just thought I'd ask!

Hey Guys, I sent this as a PM to smileighangel, but figured I should post it here, too, so everyone will know that the hoodie boys are still available.

"Hello Again,
I feel really badly about this, seeing as how I really was planning to adopt your hoodie boys, smileighangel.... but I have been searching for months for hairless rats to rescue, on CL, PetFinder, etc., to no avail. And of course, right when I decide to adopt other ratties, I found someone that had hairless youngin's in my area, and today I got in touch with her, and she had two left that were both male. I hate how bad timing was because I got your hopes up about finding your boys a home, smileighangel, but I went and picked up the hairless babies today before they were gone. Hairless are very rare to find around here, and I jumped at the opportunity. I hope you're not too disspointed, Worry but with those hoodie boys being as cute and sweet as they are, I'm sure you'll find them another great home! Blue Dumbo Big Eyes "

So, who is still left for adoption? Also, any chance of coming through Wichita Falls, Texas? If you're coming from MO and headed to Dallas, I'm on the way, depending on how you're going. I wasn't looking for any new ratties, but if needbe, my door is always open, as long as I have room/time/money Grin

2 one year old black hoodie boys, 3 baby boys (agouti hooded, black hooded, and pew) and two girls.

ETA: Its actually going from Texarkana ---> Dallas, so not through Wichita Falls. If you can get down to Dallas, perhaps you can adopt some of the ratties.

You might have better luck if you put something on the adoption page Wink

Back from Vacation!  Blue Dumbo Smile

I am going to be taking the PEW boy as well! I am 99.9% set on names.. Magic, Maslyn (not sure which for which b/w boy) and Karma (PEW boy).

I just want to make sure everyone is still a-ok with doing the train. I can't believe its only 1 more week until I get them!  Hyper

Things are shaping up on my end.  I've had two near uh-ohs (husband almost had to be on call that weekend, mom's car is in the shop) but things appear to have worked themselves out.

I still need to get a final confirmation from CinemaGeek. Have you and CG settled on a place a time to meet? I need to figure out what time to be at Sam's in Fairfield to pick up the babies. Only 5 more days!

I still need to make sure locations and times are confirmed with everyone else. Just let me know if a place/time has been set and I will put --confirmed next to it. I really want to make sure everything runs smoothly. Red = still needs to be confirmed

St. Louis ---> Cape Girardeau -- Confirmed
Heather ---> Kendra -- Confirmed
Thursday, July 17th -- Confirmed
Time -- Confirmed
Location? -- Confirmed

Cape Girardeau ---> Little Rock -- Confirmed
Kendra ---> Jesirose -- Confirmed
Saturday, July 19th -- Confirmed
Time -- Confirmed
Location -- Confirmed

Little Rock ---> Dallas -- Confirmed
Jesirose ---> CinemaGeek -- Confirmed
Sunday, July 20th
Time -- Confirmed
Location -- Confirmed

Dallas ---> Fairfield -- Confirmed
CinemaGeek ---> Me -- Confirmed
Sunday, July 20th -- Confirmed
Time -- Confirmed
Sam's -- Confirmed

As far as I know only 3 boys will be coming on the train.

They are still for adoption, as well as the other b/w dumbos and the 2 females.

Any idea what time you would want to meet her? I need to figure out when I am going to be driving/arriving at our meeting place.

We agreed 10am in Plano at the mall.

Did the person I got in touch with about the two babies not work out?
I haven't found anyone for the girls but I'm still looking.

I don't think so, but you would have to ask smileghangel just to be sure. I had asked if the PEW was still avaliable and she said yes, the person was going to adopt all three but wanted "newly weaned babies".

I've PMed with everyone, but I plan on picking up the rats in Plano at 10:00, and meeting you in Fairfield at Sam's at 12:30pm. Count me as confirmed!
