OK!  I have finally got all 6 together Smiley  Now though Dora is being a real bully.  Her, Marshmallow and Oliver are the older group (4-6 months old) and Isa, Oreo and Lily are the younger group(2-3 months).  They have been playing in the playpen all week and today I totally scrubbed out the FF cage and put them all together.  Isa will not leave the bottom part of the cage and seems to be the most scared.  Dora keeps going around and starting trouble though.  Pouncing and boxing with all 3 littler girls.  No bleeding but still very annoying.  They can't seem to go anywhere in the cage without having to deal with her.  I don't know whether I should just leave them be to figure it all out themselves or put the younger group back in their seperate cage.  Any help Huh Huh

I really don't want to have to have 2 cages any longer.  Any suggestions welcome Undecided

Hi all   I have finally gotten all 6 of my babies in the same cage! (I think Tongue)  Dora, Oliver and Marshmallow and the older group (4-6 months) and Isa, Oreo and Lily are the younger group (2-3 months) .  They have been successfully playing in the playpen all week for hours so today I cleaned out the FF cage and put them all in it.  It seems to be going ok except that Dora is bullying the younger group around BIGTIME.  Isa will not leave the bottom part of the cage and has taken to sleeping in the Silent Spinner wheel Tongue  Oreo and Lily are just kinda hiding here and there.  If they come out of hiding,  Dora chases them and pounces and boxes with them.  No blood from anyone yet but she is getting really annoying!

So, should I just let them be and settle all these little scuffles themselves?  If so,  should this stop shortly so they can all be happy again and not scared?  Or,  should I separate the groups again.  I really do not want to deal with both cages anymore if I don't have to.  Any suggestions would help Smiley  Thanks!

OK.  Sorry for the double post last night Undecided  My computer was acting up.  They must have put them together.  So, this morning when I got up,  Dora and Isa were sleeping together in the hamster ball laugh  So, hopefully all will be ok!  They were the 2 I was most worried about.  Dora being a bully and Isa being hairless, I was was afraid she would really get hurt.  She has a little scratch on her shoulder but nothing major.

I hope that all the fighting stops.  I am looking forward to having them all together.  I'll post some pics of everyone tonight!

Just an idea, as I was having the same issue with my boys at one point, but maybe bathe them really well. Not sure if you did. Sorry if I didn't see that part! When I bathed my boys and scrubbed their cage, it worked out perfect. I only saw a little bit of bickering, they've been together for a few weeks now, and still no scuffling. Good luck, it sounds like they're well on their way to being best buddies.  Grin

There still have been quite a few bad scuffles (well it sounds bad).  No blood no foul right???  I'm so confused though.  They get along excellent in the playpen all day.  I totally cleaned and scrubbed the cage and gave them baths.

In the playpen, I have some of their toys from their cage and hammocks in the playpen and they don't fight at all in there.  When I put them back in the cage they fight a lot.  I'm hoping it will stop.

Right now,  Marshmallow, Oreo and Lily are in a hammock all together no problem.  When they are in the cage, marshmallow fights with both of them Huh  Oh well, Guess I'll just wait it out!
