I picked up my new babies this morning. Well, they are my daughter's new babies  Tongue  Yellow Cute Laugh  It was excellent to adopt them.  No problems and we met half way between my house and Jen's (Thanks Jen).

They are so sweet.  Every time I walk by my daughter's room, they are peering out at me already, begging to get attention  Yellow Cute Laugh Yellow Cute Laugh  I have a feeling they will work their way right into my daughters heart.  I will let you know when they have their names.  One has a heart on her chest and the other a pitchfork shape.  I was thinking Angel and Lucy (for Lucifer) Yellow Cute Laugh

Well, here's some pics!

Aw their so cute! They look like my Onyx (who I just adopted from MMR a couple weeks ago).

I like the choice in names...do they fit their personalities? Smiley

I don't know their personalities that well yet.  I just picked them up this morning Smiley  They are both very sweet and going to be hard to tell apart for awhile.  I'm sure it will be easier after a couple days.

Oh, they are adorable wee girls!  Are the both completely black, or does one have white on her?  I notice one has furry black paws, so I'm guessing she's all black.  I have a real soft spot for black self rats.  Heart

They are both all black with a little white on their chests.  All my others are either variegated, hooded or hairless.  I had been wanting to get a solid color. Hyper

The (After) Life Of The Party

OMG! they look like my dot the i and Diablo Cody!!! awwwwwwwwwwwww!!! they're soooo cute! I love Irish rats. BTW if you name her Lucifer expect a total brat. Diablo Cody was a little bratty when I got her but NOW she's a total brat rat that picks on 2 of her cage mates and knows just what to do to make me take her out first (she looks at me with the cuteness they all do) she loves to play super rough and wants more attention then the others. She lives up to her name.  Cheeky

Yay!  I'm glad these girlies went to someone on here so that we can get picture updates!  My good friend snagged them from a pet store that was giving them away for free ( ) when they were just witto babies, but couldn't keep them long term so it's great to see them finally in a good home after so much stressing over where they'd end up.  I got to play with them when they were so small and even at that age they were super sweet!  They look like they're doing fabulously well, and dare I say they look like they've gotten big!  Thank you for adopting them!

Well, they have definate names.  They were the original names my daughter picked.  We have Twinkle and Star.  Star is the bigger and more out going one and Twinkle is a little more shy and smaller.  Star runs right to the door of the cage whenever you walk by so we know it is her.  Twinkle is more standoffish and stays in the background until she knows it is safe Tongue

They are doing great though.  Again, Thanks Jen for bringing them to me.
