www.ratfinxratrescueofoklahoma.com is still looking for all you Okie's who would like to become forever homes for some ratties, or who are needing adoption.  Please keep in mind,  unless you already have a rat or two that you will be housing your new rat with, I only adopt them in pairs...they are social and even though you give them plenty of lovins, lets just face it, there is nothing like the company of your own kind...am I right?  I also do not adopt out rats that have not been hand tamed, unless to experienced rat parents.  Some of the rats that I get have just not been handled or are young, so my family will get them used to us filthy humans, because a scared rat is a bitty rat.  The rats that I adopt that we feel have been abused or neglected are not adopted out, again unless to experienced rat personnel.
I would love for all the rats that I adopt out to have only one forever home, and these are the reasons that we have the rules that we do.  I will say this,  I will always take back ANY rat that has been adopted out by me for ANY reason,,I feel that this is the ONLY responsible thing to do.  I would rather have them come back to me than to have them dumped, used as feeders, etc.  I do ask that if it is at all possible, could you donate a cage to keep them in since we made need to house them in it.  I know that this will not always be possible, but every little bit helps.
Again, for more info or to contact me, please visit our website.  Or just visit to check out the babes, adoptable or not, I have a lot of other babies (sugars, chinchilas) that are just as cute even if not adoptable.  (then you can see why I need cages huh?)  ha ha
