Rats are angels with wiskers and tails. :)

It's that time again.  Cheesy  I'm looking to adopt a rattie (or two, or three) to add to my pack.  Most of my babes are starting to get on in years, and it's time to add some fresh blood to the pile to keep everyone on their toes.  At this time, I am only interested in does or altered bucks, any age, and any color/markings.  I'm not picky when it comes to physical attributes, but personality is my main focus.

Being perfectly honest - at this time I am really only looking for well adjusted ratties.  I go to school as well as take care of a home and all my other critters, so while I'd like to add to my rat population, and definately have the time to devote to some new fur kids, I'm not available to intensively socialize a new rat that needs looooots of time.

So, I'm putting feelers out there to see what is available.  I'm more then willing to fill out any applications, answer any questions about my current rats and their care, or whatever else may be required.  So if you know of any rescue babies that are looking for their forever homes, or even of any breders that don't have a gigantic wait list, please let me know.  Smiley

Thanks in advance for any info that you can provide!

I don't have any litters at the moment, but am expecting one in early November that will be available to go to their new homes mid-December.  We're located a little north - just over the border in Kenosha, WI.

If you're interested in waiting, I should have some very squishy black females available at that time (we don't have too long a waiting list at the moment) - let me know & I can e-mail you an adoption application if you would like.

You should contact HVRR, right above you in Michigan... She has an overload of ratties right now, and she may be able to arrange transport. You could always shoot an email to see if she has a couple (or more Smiley) of well socialized ratties for you.

ETA: She has two young neutered boys in a thread a little bit below this one. They're also on her Petfinder page:
