I started introductions with Rosie my new hairless girly and my current
two girls about a week ago and things have been going pretty
smoothly up until yesterday.
There at the stage now where Rosie is able to free range happily in my room
with my two current girls, Mystique who is almost 3yrs and Lola who is
about 2 1/2.
Right now their all trying to sort out who's who in the pecking order
and Rosie has decided she is above Mystique. Starting last night
Rosie jumps on Mystique and flips her onto her back pinning her down,
now Mystique who is very passive and wouldn't dare hurt a fly just
lays their squeaking and accepting Rosie's (wannabe) position in the
group. My problem arises when Lola sees this display, she will attack
Rosie and a (loud) fight will break out between the two (resulting in
scratches on Rosie), usually Rosie will run away if given the chance.

I am not sure how to react to these power struggles, right now I've
been removing Lola from free time when she acts aggressively but I'm
not sure that's the right thing to do. Should I just let them sort it
out on their own even though that means Rosie will probably be covered
in large scratches??

Thanks in Advance, I'm a newbie to intro's!

I think that's a very good idea.  Let Rosie and Mystique settle it then when they are good together bring Lola into the mix.
If Lola and Rosie are otherwise OK, I might continue some time with just the two of tem, so that everybody knows everybody else when you finally get all three in the same spot.

Well like I take them downstairs on a blanket and they sleep pretty much the whole day on a love seat, all three together with no problems.
Lola and Rosie and generally fine together alone as long as Rosie doesn't try to get her to wrestle (Lola and Mystique being older leave Rosie with no one to play fight with, I think that frustrates the situation..we plan on getting one or two younger girls for Rosie within the next month or so).
I'll continue removing Lola from free time when she acts this way, however do you think I should reprimand Rosie at all for her behavior?
Yeah, I was thinking about having Rosie and Lola alone for an hour or two a day to let them get a little bonding time in.

Thanks for the input RatAttack Wink The sooner I can get Rosie in the nice big cage with the girls the better, she looks so sad all alone at night in her small little temp cage.

I would not reprimand Rosie when she tries to dominate Mystique.  I might use a squirt bottle if Lola and Rosie get into it. They are likely to both stop and look at you like "what the heck was THAT for?"  Blue Dumbo Big Eyes

A younger friend or two for Rosie sounds like a great idea! Of course, you ARE talking to someone with 21 rats in the house...

^_^ I'm sure a water bottle would work well to break up fights, all my girls loathe water.

LOL, hey if you can keep up with them the more the merrier!
I really wanted to look into adopting a pair of babies from the Universal Studios breeding mishap but their only
gonna be in Vegas this Saturday and I'm certainly not going to get more when Rosie can't even be housed with my girls.
Rosie's not a baby at 9mths but she still has a lot more energy that my girls, Mystique and Lola no longer go into heat and Rosie
always wants to play 'butt tag' with them.  Roll Eyes

Lola and Rosie are cuddled together in my lap right now.  If only I could get them to act this way when their not in the more neutral territories!

Thanks!

Edit-
BREAKTHROUGH!!  Yay!  They've been moved into the same cage now for 3 days, Lola can still be too pushy but today I walked in and Lola and Rosie where cuddled together on the hammock!!  Major turning point!  Thanks again, the water bottle worked really well too.
