Fleece Cube Present For A Friend With Rabbits
« on: December 12, 2012, 06:16:40 PM »
I was planning on making my Brother's Girlfriend hammocks and cubes for her rats for Christmas and my brother suggested that I make something for her bunnies as well. The only problem is I have no idea what size I would make a cube or if they would even use it. Can anyone help me out?

Rabbits will use cubes. I make mine cuddle cups, also. Cage pads are well appreciated. It depends on the size of the rabbit, as to how big to make things.

Won't they chew the fleece? Just curious.

My bunny actually chews a lot less than the rats do. I'm sure some bunnies chew! The worst mine does is dig and dig and dig until he finds it suitably comfy.  :yelcutelaugh:

OP, I think maybe a 14" or so cube would be big enough for dwarf bunnies, just remember to make the entrance low and wide enough for them to get into.
