Title: litter for buns?
Post by: bug.dragon on July 29, 2008, 01:31:35 AM
I was wondering about "world's best cat litter" and if it would be ok for my bun. It's made of corn kernels and contains no clay silica. I'd post a link but I'm using my iPhone and don't know how to yet. Can anyone tell me if this would be ok for bun use? I'd really like to use a litter I could scoop from if possible

I always used woodstove pellets.  They're just like any other wood-based pelleted litter, they're just marketed for woodstoves.  You can get them at your local Tractor Supply Co. store for $4-$5 per 40 lb bag (very cost effective!).  The only problem with them, is the fact that they're a seasonal thing and are only available during the colder months.  So, stock up!
