kittens in NC *pics*
« on: December 06, 2004, 03:18:32 PM »
I have 2 tabby kittens available.  One girl with shorter, darker hair, and a boy with slightly longer lighter fur.

They are now about 12 weeks old.

These kittens came to me at approx. 10 days  from my mother in law.  She has a large feral cat population and apparantly the mother was killed.  I bottle fed them and have been caring for them ever since.  They will NOT go back to my MIL to be part of her feral clan or cats to breed and die young.  Their sister has found a home.  They will go to approved, indoor homes only.  They are very sweet and purr constantly!  I'll try to get some pictures up ASAP!  PLease give these kittens a chance!  ;D  They have had their first shots and have been tested (and are neg.) THey are currently being treated for ear mites and the medication will go with them when adopted.  We are willing to travel some to get them the best possible home!

Hey, want me to Xpost this on Craigslist?
Someday I will have ratties again, until then, chaotic (yet fun) mama life keeps me busy!

I am interested in learning more about these kittens and possibly seeing pictures.  I am a huge cat lover, and have been looking for a friendly kitten for my family for a while.  However, most free kittens are either born outside and are therefore a little more "wild" then I would prefer, or have been covered in fleas.  I have a 5 year old who would be the primary beneficiary of the kitten, but I also have an 11-month old whom I need to make sure can share the floor with the kitten without fear of bugs.  We use Dr. Dale McLawhorn in Winterville as our vet.

Thanks!

LOL, well, lets see if she'll be a good home for them. Seems to me like she will.  :)
