DLH in MA needs a home.
« on: September 18, 2005, 02:46:56 PM »
Kitty is spayed, brown tabby who has had a rough time.  She came into the animal clinic where I work unconcious and very matted.  The clients that brought her in didn't have money to treat her, and she was surrendered to the hospital.  The doctors pulled Kitty through, after being strangled in a backpack, and possibly having been exposed to some type of toxin (pyrethrin).  However, she's been living at the clinic for four months now.  I took Kitty home yesterday to try to find her a loving home.  She does not get along with other animals, and wants to be the queen of the house.  Her coat will require at the minimum, weekly brushing to keep it mat-free.  She enjoys being pet, and brushed, but dislikes more invasive handling.  Kitty really needs a "forever home".  Will that be you?
