I need some creative thinkers!
« on: January 28, 2005, 02:30:05 PM »
I don't know what to do with this twiney-rope stuff that I bought for my guys and I know that there are creative people on here who can help me.

This stuff is three dollars a roll and the roll is pretty long so I'm not worried about running out.

Thanks!

Make a ladder.
Braid it and make some climbing ropes.
String some toys on it (I got hollow cat toys and strung them on and the girls climb/chew/play with them).

I made a tire swing for my rats with a bunch of twine that I bought. :)

Oooh a rope swing! That's so clever!!! I'm definitely going to make a braided ladder, that's a good idea!

Thank you!

Where did you find that tiny tire, anyway?

I've seen them at petstores as dog toys before. In fact, we had them on sale at the store I work at last month.

Oooh you're right! I have seen them at petstores too! Although I would check out the hardware store because it would be cheaper there.

Yup, I got mine at a mom-and-pop petstore around here, but Lainey told me that she's seen them in Petsmart or Petco, I forget which. :)

I made a ladder! It turned out really good, so good infact I'm going to go to the hardware store and by a couple more roles.

Thanks guys!

how about a spiderwebby net thing. my girls all love to climb on stuff like that-and it makes for some great pictures if they move a little slower.
