Do dogs get hickups?
« on: May 11, 2006, 10:09:22 AM »
She doesn't make the sound, but you can feel her chest from time to time moving like she has them.  I'd read someone's post about their cat having a smaller heart - and it not being caught be for she adopted and that worried me - definately need to get her heart listened to before she goes for her spay.

yup!  and it usually means they're growing!  (ok, i don't know if that's true or an old wives tail, but i swear i could see my danes grow with each hiccup!)  there's nothing funnier in the world than to see a dane puppy in the middle of a hiccup fit looking at you like "mooooooooom make it stop!"

and as a side note, what do you think of the training book?

We'll see what I think of the book when it gets here...  URG!  With ebay and changing addresses it is not here yet.

The book got here today!  She loves to play with the empty pop bottles - I got some cool videos of it, maybe I'll post them later when I figure it out!  She doesn't like the empty empty one that much, but I put some elbow macaronis in one and she loves that!

My cat had hiccups last night, while laying on top of me... It felt so strange lol.
