Oooo yay! My order looks beautiful Chelsey. Thank you so so much. I cant wait to get it and I'm sure my boys will be so happy as well. I also did no realize how much yellow I chose. Normally yellow isn't even a color I love, but all those prints look wonderful. I was trying to stick with semi boyish things that were still  cutesy enough for me  :yelcutelaugh: . Anywho it is beautiful thank you I love it.

The funny thing is, I didn't realize it either!  As I was laying them down on the floor to take a picture, I was like, "Wow, that's a lot of yellows!"  :yelcutelaugh:

I really loooove that batik-ish fabric. Its soo prettty with the orange

I guess I just subconsciously thought that yellow was a gender neutral color.   I need to get new towels, so I will try to get colors that compliment yellow.  :P

Also I LOVE that baby blanket. Are you making customs? It is honestly the cutest thing I have seen.

Y'all are making me feel so bad for my boys. *lol*  Now I'm thinking I might be causing them to have a total gender crisis.  Should I feel bad for ordering items using hello kitty, hearts & rainbows and TONS of pink & purple?!  We're rearranging their cages now and we have some green..... but I'm noticing that nothing is masculine.... Even the wall color is purple in their bedroom... *hides*  I think yellow is very gender neutral.. maybe I should try to lean more in that direction?!  *lol*

Would you consider taking orders for custom cage liners, too? I loved looking over your site and I am thinking about what I want to order. I recently went to using liners in my cages and I am really not very good with getting my fabrics together and cut, etc. My scissors just aren't good for it! Let me know if you would be interested in creating some liners that are triple thick for extra softness. Thanks!    ;D

Quinnchilla -- I sometimes make blankets for customers, also  :)  I'm not wonderfully skilled at quilting or anything like that, but I do love to pair fabrics up and make cute things!  :D

RatStars -- I'm really not a fan of making cage liners, unfortunately.  Sorry!  Javakittie is your go-to gal for liners on the forum  :)

On to the new fabrics...

Also in a gorgeous purple variation!

Finally, a cow print!

And you can see even more here!

WOOT! a cow print! payday is coming soon! i love the bumblebees too. that is too cute!
i usually don't like yellow either, but for some reason, yellow is a great color for blankets and linens. i find myself buying more yellow linens lately....usually i get more light blues and lavenders.

I read that the color yellow stimulates appetite so when I do a "lazy" cage change, AKA their towels/fleece aren't clean, and use Carefresh I always buy the yellow one. :P

  • To a loving rat you are the world
Is that adorable underwater fabric in cotton or flannel? The one with the turtles and crabs in pairs with the submarines?

How many layers of fabric are your hammocks? Cotton is very thin so is it better to use flannel? I might buy something in Hello Kitty print on payday because your hammocks are SO PRETTY

Pretty much all the hammocks have a layer of flannel or cotton, and then a layer of fleece.  :)

I use both pretty much equally.  I just go with whatever fleece color happens to look best with the fabric.  :)

Hmmm... I'm just a little worried that they might be too thin.

I'm so jealous of all the large orders!

I can't go any longer without an envelope.. Must order.. Oh no that means I have to CHOOSE a fabric! The selection will be the death of me. :yelcutelaugh:

Edit: SO I just went through the fabric and I like .. 8, 29, 60, 61, 62, 78, 145, 142, 116, 70, 79, 119, 93, 91, 87, and 66. xD Does anybody else have this problem?

I enlisted plenty of friends to help me narrow down my favorite fabrics. ;D

Does anyone know if the envelope is one fabric (outer) or do you get to pick the inside as well? Or do you just get to pick the inside color?
