I have a superpet too the ferret one with the three levels.  I was wondering, how do you guys get them to leave the fleece alone at the bottom?  Is there anyway to secure it?  I'm in the process of litter training my girls and I want to do the same with my boys but I know they won't leave the fleece alone.  My girls don't really care because they spend most of their time on my bed (about 15 hours) with access to their cage of course.  But I was wondering if anyone had tricks on how to keep the fleece down?

Here is our cage for patchouli and luna. These pics were taken 5 mins ago.

The shelves are out right now, they were taken out to be cleaned. I am not sure if we will put them back in. We were thinking about making our own shelves for the cage. I got some good ideas from fellow rat owners. There are other hanging items that are out right now, due to being cleaned too. I will take more pics, once everything is back in and put together. I just wanted to post these because I really do like my SPE cage.

It's nice to see other's SuperPet cage setups. Mine is a SuperPet Exotics cage, which houses my two girls.

This is Payton's Superpet cage. I finally switched to using cage pads at the bottom with a litter box rather than having all bedding in the bottom. Its alot more comfy for him and so far he hasn't pulled them up or anything so we shall see how that goes.  ::)

He has 1 envelope hammock on the shelf, 1 "easy pass" hammock hanging, and he has an 11" triangle hut on the ground along with his waffle house which is stuffed with fleece scraps!  :BlueDumboSmileTongue:

I always love seeing peoples cute Geriatric cages. I dont have any rats over 6 months yet lol
Here is my Hamsters cage...its a superpet. But the people on the pocket pet forum never respond, and its not even half as active as this one so i'll post it.
Its going to be used for the Syrian Hamster I plan on adopting from a nearby rescue.

I wish hamsters used hammocks and stuff like that, i would have so much fun getting/making little versions of what my rats have.

That probably was directed at you, when reading the topic summary it's hard to tell who posted what lol.  Pet supply stores actually even sell little hamster cubes.  To me, the littleness of the stuff makes it adorable  ;D heh

Where can you get shelves for SP cages? The longer guinea pig type cages, in particular.

Not the best pictures, since my camera was acting up.  ::)

Maddie's pimpin' pink pad:

And the inhabitant herself, who will be three in less then 2 months!

I switched to CareFresh Ultra, because it's a lot cleaner for her then just cage pads/fleece.  Plus, she loves digging and playing in it  :)

love the cage, Scubbs!

And Kikonthecobb, I know some people have had success with hamsters and hammocks/cuddle cups in the past, but I would just be careful.  If you have a chewer I would suggest removing the items if you notice some nibbling as the fabric can sometimes cause impacted pouches.  Some hamsters don't chew on fabric, though.

I currently have 3 girls in my SPE, and I would feel comfortable with up to 4 females. I wouldn't keep more than 2-3 males, however.

I have three chubby boys in a SPE and feel it's enough space for them--but wouldn't do anymore than three.

Here's a pic of it with my FN's for a size comparison:

And the actual cage decor:
