My Newly Decorated CN! *pics*
« on: February 17, 2009, 03:07:55 PM »
So, after my girls destroyed the old towels, I decided to go with fleece, so I splurged and bought 4 yards, 2 of pink and 2 of purple, all for 30 bucks! It's a lot more than I thought, and hopefully I can learn to sew and make some hammocks and stuff for them. Anyway, without further ado, here are pics!

So cute, and roomy! I used to feed my mice mealworms, I forgot that rats like them too.

Thanks! My rats LOVE live insects. They go nuts as soon as they see the feeding tongs. I give them megaworms, because they're larger and higher in protein and nutrients. I also give them crickets occasionally, and they love those too! The only thing I don't like about the fleece is getting the pan in and out of the cage >.<

Cute set up. I like the cherry hammock. I bet that pan can be a pain to get in and out, but it looks incredibly cute ;)
Ive never tried feeding my rats meal worms or crickets before. I wonder if they would like them.

Is there a new little baby that is going to live in that cage :P

Nice cage.  I've never tried the mealworms though.

I have a smaller QT cage for the new baby, and she's going to live at my boyfriend's house because I'm eventually going to move all my girls there. When she's big enough, she'll go into the CN with all the other girls ^.^
