Rattiemom, how much did you pay for yours?  I got mine at allpetfurniture for 139.99 with free shipping.  I didn't do a whole lot of shopping around, but that seemed really reasonable to me  ???

Glad you got one, Sparrow! I did a lot of shopping around.....ebay, CL, newspapers, LOL. Ebay was cheaper, but shipping was really expensive. I did find one at the petstore, for $268, plus tax..ouch! I ordered mine from allpetfurniture.com too! I got the double unit for $245.99 with free shipping and no sales tax...YAY!  :thumbsup2:

BELIEVE ME, I feel your pain with the FF! >:( My 3 big furries live in a FF, and my 2 nekkies live in a one story FN. And if I could trade them both for a CN, I wouldn't even have to think before responding. But unfortunately ordering a CN just isn't in the cards for me right now. :-\
