Hello from Arlington!
I use the following two vets:
Southlake Animal Hospitalhttp://www.southlakevet.com/
They are located off Hwy 114 in Southlake. A bit of a drive from Arlington or Ft. Worth, but Dr. C and Dr. Moore are AMAZING. They care so much, know their stuff and are very thorough. The building caught me a little off guard, as it is a tiny little stand alone building, but inside is wonderful. They charge about average for exotics in this area. My receipts are all at home, but if I can remember, an office visit is around $50 or so, and a neuter is about $175.
I highly recommend them.
The best local exotics emergency vet for Ft. Worth is also in Southlake. These vets have also been wonderful and are very knowledgeable, but they only do emergencies, and are quite pricey. http://www.aehnt.com/index.htm
This vet is a very nice lady, seems to know her stuff and did a tumor removal for one of my girls. I haven't returned, however, since I found out that she does euthanasia by heart stick without anesthetic.
That makes me sad, since she seemed like such a great vet, and had been affordable and convenient. http://www.arlingtonanimalhospital.com/
