For a mum rat to give birth in?
When I had my foster litters I put a hiding house, water bottle, food bowl and a few "push around"/chew block toys in each bin.

I didn't want to risk letting the mothers have a wheel or hammock, lest one of the babies fall or get trapped.

I also ripped up lots of paper towel, because they liked to make their nests out of it.

Don't use any sort of thread-type cloth that could get wrapped  around little limbs.
