Calico & Kittens - Central PA
« on: June 24, 2011, 01:42:14 PM »
A stray pregnant cat wandered into our yard several days ago.  We brought her inside to have her kittens for her safety (and theirs).  She gave birth to six little balls of fur three days ago.  We've put up posters in case she has a home, but so far no one has answered.  If no one does, we need to find new homes for all of them when they're a bit older.  The mom is a two- or three-year-old gray and tan calico.  At the moment we're calling her Eloise.  There are three black kittens with white stomachs and chins, a gray one that might be a tabby, a tan one, and a white one with gray striped splotches.  The tan one and at least one black one appear to be boys, but that's from a distance.  I'll update you when we know their sexes for sure; we haven't wanted to bother her as she's very protective!  We're located in central Pennsylvania.

The mother cat and two female kittens are still looking for homes.  They are friendly, outgoing girls.  One kitten is gray and one is black.
