Chest Problems
« on: August 31, 2011, 03:20:10 PM »
Hurley has been breathing very rapidly for a couple weeks now, as some of you know, and he was on a course of antibiotics and he just had a chest xray today. The vet has limited experience with rats so he sent the xray to a friend on the East Coast to examine it and get back to us, but my vet said something definitely doesn't look right. He said the chest cavity itself looks asymmetrical, which could possibly be an issue with the diaphragm, but hes not sure. Has anyone ever had an issue like this? I'm complete stumped on what this could be, I've never heard of it.
